Our Communication Guidelines:

  • 3-4 months in advance - Camps (typically in monthly newsletter, social media as a save the date) 
  • 6-8 weeks - Workday event that could require time off including conferences, workshops, etc. (typically in monthly newsletter, social media as a save the date) 
  • 1 month - KM-wide or Evening events including men’s/women’s gatherings (typically in monthly newsletter) 
  • 2 weeks - KM-wide events (often in Sunday announcements, social media); Non-public events (Team lead night, leadership development, etc.) sent out through slack and text when needed.
  • 1 week - KM-wide events (text announcements, social media); Non-public events reminder sent out through slack.
  • 2 day reminders - KM-wide events & Non-public events - Reminder sent out through slack/text.
